    Shipping & Delivery
    Standard shipping methods include FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Parcel Post. Orders are generally shipped within three business days via the best method available. Expedited shipping and international shipping are not offered at this time. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Free shipping offers do not apply to expedited shipping or international shipping. Orders cannot be shipped outside the US.
    Privacy & Security
    When you register for an account with Boston Warehouse you are asked to provide personal information such as name, phone number, and address. When you make a purchase as a registered user some payment information such as a credit card may be collected. Boston Warehouse will only use this information for the fulfillment of the goods and services it provides. The information is stored on secure servers and is not shared with any affiliates. Boston Warehouse may use the information to market its products, in such case you can opt out by removing yourself from our newsletter.
    Returns & Replacements
    No returns may be made without consent. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Damaged goods may be replaced or refunded. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    Payment, Pricing, & Promotions
    Payment : Boston Warehouse accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard as valid payment methods.
    Pricing : Boston Warehouse does not price-match with other retailers. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.
    Promotions: To qualify for a special promotion, your order must be placed during the specified promotional period. We are unable to apply special discounts to items ordered before or after the dates of a promotional offer.
    Duties & Tax : Boston Warehouse will collect sales tax for orders shipping to Massachusetts. All other duties & taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
